Senior PMO Analyst

This is a bespoke role focused on a specific transformation initiative rather than a traditional PMO Analyst position. Whilst the role is titled Senior PMO Analyst, we would also be keen to attract experienced Project Managers with strong PMO governance expertise.
The role will focus on:

1. Transforming PMO governance by simplifying and improving frameworks, processes, guidance and templates, ensuring they are practical, user-friendly and aligned to P3M3 standards while maintaining appropriate levels of control and assurance.

2. Driving implementation and adoption of the new governance standards across the Transformation portfolio. The successful candidate will need excellent communication, business change and stakeholder engagement skills to test, embed and roll out the changes, including developing supporting communications and training materials. A key objective is to help achieve Level 3 maturity within the governance scoring framework.

3. Improving efficiency and audit readiness by reducing unnecessary bureaucracy, streamlining governance requirements and templates, and providing hands-on support to delivery teams. The outcome will be a sustainable, proportionate and audit-ready governance approach aligned to industry best practice.

The role will be required to work alongside the PMO and delivery teams from the clients Coventry office 3 days per week.
