Senior EUC Analyst - Central Gov Client - £500 - £550 a day - 3 month initial Contract
Essential
Significant experience supporting End User Computing services within a medium or large enterprise environment.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows endpoint management technologies.
Experience administering Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and related cloud management technologies.
Experience managing operating system deployment, patch management and software distribution.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.
Experience of endpoint security, compliance controls and device hardening.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across desktop, application and device management technologies.
Experience acting as a technical escalation point within an IT operations environment.
Understanding of ITIL service management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Experience delivering Windows Autopilot deployments and endpoint modernisation projects.
Experience with scripting and automation technologies such as PowerShell.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.
Experience working within cloud-first environments.
Relevant Microsoft or industry certifications.
