Morson Group named double finalist at the 2025 TIARA Awards Solutions Europe

Morson Group is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in two categories at the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards Europe, for the Emerging Talent Initiative and the Popp Best Use of Technology Award.

The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards recognise outstanding performance across the RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions industry, celebrating innovation, excellence, and measurable impact. For 2025, Morson has been shortlisted alongside organisations such as PeopleScout, Omni RMS and Wilson reinforcing our position as a forward-thinking leader in the talent solutions space.

The Popp Best Use of Technology Award

This award recognises companies that have solved a business challenge through the innovative use of technology, either by creating a new solution or applying existing technology in a transformative way. At Morson, we’ve partnered with Palantir, global leader in data analytics, to design and launch a fully bespoke, AI-powered recruitment platform. Built from the ground up, this platform marks a bold departure from traditional recruitment tools. It blends advanced technology with human expertise to truly transform the recruitment experience.

The platform uses advanced data science, machine learning and natural language processing to go far beyond traditional keyword searches. It understands context, predicts fit, and accelerates decision-making, fundamentally redefining the recruiter’s role and unlocking significant value for clients and candidates alike.

In terms of the results, these already set a new benchmark for recruitment speed and quality:

• 129% increase in placements
• 60% reduction in time-to-hire
• 53% faster candidate search
• 40% improvement in candidate fit 
• Over an hour saved per consultant per day

The strength of this innovation has also been recognised elsewhere. We were recently shortlisted for Best AI-Driven Business Intelligence Tool at the prestigious UK Business Tech Awards, acknowledging the platform’s ability to redefine recruitment through AI-powered intelligence.

The Emerging Talent Initiative

This award recognises success in engaging with early career talent, whether through graduate, apprenticeship, or other programmes. At Morson, nurturing emerging talent and providing opportunities is a core part of our strategy. We believe that investing in people at every stage of their career, especially in those formative early years, creates lasting value for individuals and organisations alike.

For this submission, we’ve focused on our solution built in partnership with Urenco which is the structured Early Careers Development Programme, designed to transform their early careers strategy, supporting a broad talent pipeline through graduate recruitment, apprenticeships, internships and placements.

Since launching in 2023, the programme has delivered exceptional results: 

• 142% increase in applications for graduate roles
• 132% increase in applications for placements
• 100% retention of candidates from offer to acceptance, and from placement into graduate roles

At a time when many graduates face uncertainty in the job market, this initiative provides clarity, support and meaningful opportunity. It empowers the next generation to thrive in meaningful careers, while ensuring organisations attract the brightest and most diverse talent. 

By boosting both the volume and diversity of applicants for graduate and apprentice roles, we introduced a standardised, robust recruitment process, balancing quality and efficiency. This approach has already been widely celebrated, earning us three wins at the FIRM awards and a prestigious IHR Supplier Award for the Early Careers Solutions.
