Morson Group appointed as trusted HR partner under Procurement Services Framework

Morson Group has been awarded a position across all four Lots of the Procurement Services HR Support Services Framework (Y25006), making it simpler than ever for public sector organisations to access trusted, compliant, and cost-effective HR solutions.

Launched by Procurement Services, acting for and on behalf of Kent County Council and the Commercial Services Group, the framework provides public sector bodies across the UK with a simplified, fully compliant route to procure a wide range of HR services. It enables organisations to outsource transactional HR activities while focusing on strategic priorities like organisational development, culture change, and fostering stronger internal partnerships.

Developed in collaboration with public sector customers, the framework covers four distinct service Lot:

Lot 1 – HR Administration and Payroll Services

Lot 2 – HR Advisory Services

Lot 3 – Employee Screening

Lot 4 – Staff Health and Wellbeing

As an awarded supplier across all four Lots, Morson Group is also included on Lot 5: Total HR Management Service, offering organisations a complete HR solution through a single provider.

This recognition allows public sector organisations to engage Morson directly through a Direct Award process, streamlining procurement and accelerating service delivery.
