Lead Business Analyst- IDAM

• Contract duration: 6 months
• Pay range- £500- £600.00 per day/ Inside IR35
• Location- Hybrid- Central London minimum 1 day per week

In this role you will support to act as the bridge between HR (HCM), Security, and Technology teams to define, analyse, and document requirements for an enterprise Identity & Access Management (IDAM) solution, ensuring alignment with HR-driven identity lifecycle, security, and compliance objectives.

The Lead Business Analysis role is a member of the Transformation & Portfolio Office Team, responsible for the development and delivery of functional strategies, role modelling the company behaviours and demonstrating a branch manager first mindset.

The Lead Business Analyst role will be responsible undertaken business analysis within the Transformation Programme. You will translate customer requirements into clear specifications, taking an enterprise-wide view across the organisation.

You will lead and task manage other business analytical resources on projects, taking responsibility for the production of business requirements and process analysis/design within the more complex projects or programmes. 

You will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams you lead, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

Skills/ experience required include:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering Identity & Access Management (IDAM/IAM) projects.
• Strong understanding of identity governance, access management, authentication, authorisation, and user lifecycle management.
• Experience performing gap analysis and defining current-state and future-state operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, quickly understand complex environments, and make an immediate impact.
• Experience working within cyber security or information security programmes.
